As always, we aim to offer a safe and inclusive environment, suitable for all body types and levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What to Expect:
~Connection: Learn how to create a deep sense of connection with your partner through touch (body and rope), understanding their needs and reactions to create a beautiful rope journey.
~Feeling: Emphasize the importance of feeling and intuition in your practice. Discover how to read and respond to the subtle cues of your partner's body and emotions.
~Intention: Delve into the intentionality behind each tie, understanding the purpose and impact of your actions to create meaningful and impactful rope scenes.
~Body Positioning: Explore the impact of positioning, ensuring that your body language transfers a certain message and enhance the tying experience.
~Movement: Bring your own body awareness background

Class Focus:
Specializing in floor ties, this class will guide you through various techniques and styles suitable for grounding your practice. Learn how to create secure ties that maintain fluidity and connection, with techniques that come from contact improvisation, martial arts, Thai massage and other bodyworks!
