1. Partner Yoga

Duration: 50 minutes, once per week

This class will be a playful environment to work on trust, balance, and connection.
By pairs, whether you're participating with a regular partner or with someone new, you will explore some elements of acro yoga, in a safe and accessible way. Everybody is welcome!

You will also work on your flexibility and strength, in a playful and supportive way.
No partner is required to join, as single participants will be paired up during the session.


2. Yoga for Ropes

Duration: 50 minutes, once per week

Specifically tailored for shibari practitioners, Yoga for Ropes focuses on body awareness, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Whether you tie or are tied, this class supports the physical and mental preparation for rope practice, with postures, breath and meditation in movement.  

In music, you will be guided through slow vinyasa sequences for all levels. Thus, you will be able to connect to your body, and develop awareness which will create a deeper connection between your body and the art of tying.
