Join us for a playful and creative evening dedicated to improvising with partial suspensions and suspensions. This all-level class focuses on exploring freedom, flow, and adaptability within the ropes.

We’ll look into different ways to move beyond fixed patterns and instead work with spontaneity — finding connection through surprise, shifting body positions, and adapting to the moment. Expect a mix of technical guidance and space for experimentation, whether you are tying or being tied.

As always, our regular classes remain open for individual practice. You're welcome to explore other techniques or just come to tie at your own pace.

This class is open to all levels. No partner is required — single participants can self-tie, pair up, or simply observe.

Αυτή την εβδομάδα, εξερευνούμε τον κόσμο του αυτοσχεδιασμού σε μερικές και ολικές αναρτήσεις. Το μάθημα απευθύνεται σε όλα τα επίπεδα και εστιάζει στη ροή, την προσαρμοστικότητα και τη σύνδεση μέσα από τον αυτοσχεδιασμό.

Θα δούμε πώς μπορούμε να ξεφύγουμε από τα αυστηρά μοτίβα και να αφήσουμε χώρο στη δημιουργικότητα και στην αλληλεπίδραση της στιγμής — δοκιμάζοντας νέες θέσεις σώματος και τρόπους παιχνιδιού με την ανάρτηση.

Όπως πάντα, το μάθημα είναι ανοιχτό και για ελεύθερη εξάσκηση σε άλλες τεχνικές.

Ανοιχτό σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Δεν απαιτείται ζευγάρι — οι μεμονωμένοι συμμετέχοντες μπορούν να αυτοδέσουν, να συνεργαστούν με άλλους ή απλώς να παρακολουθήσουν.
